Shipping Information
At UK Trading Company we do understand the importance of fast order processing and shipping. Your order cost of shipping and handling will be notified to you by email once we receive your order. The shipping cost may vary depending on your carrier selection, destination country and the weight of the shipment. The importer must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once shipment reaches. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the importer. We have no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be. If you wish to engage your local agent or forwarder to import your shipment, kindly contact us prior to placing your order.
Courier Service
We endeavor to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are normally shipped under International priority services with reputed carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS and SkyNet with online tracking. The delivery time is estimated to be 4 to 7 business days to most international destinations across the globe however this might get extended based on customs process and may also vary depending on the destination country. To avoid delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Provide complete address and phone number where you can be reached by customs when your shipment arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your shipment.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- If for whatever reason the shipment is seized by customs officials, UK Trading Company will not be held responsible if any consequences arise.

For bulk quantity orders, additional shipping options are available like Air Cargo and Sea Cargo.
Air Cargo Service
Shipping by air cargo has always been renowned for its broad geographical reach, countered by the fact that it’s the secured & fastest way to transport goods internationally. It delivers the shipment to your nearest airport and takes 3 to 5 business days before your hire custom clearance agent to clear the shipment from customs. We preferably use Emirates, Turkish Airline, and British Airways for air cargo shipments to all major international airports all over the world.
Sea Cargo Service
Sea cargo is cost effective and famous shipping source to transport bulk quantity shipments around the world. Sea Cargo comes into two shipping mode Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL). Further containers come in basic sizes 20′ and 40′ high cube. It delivers the shipment to your nearest sea port and takes 25 to 30 business days before your hire custom clearance agent to clear the shipment from customs. We use famous shipping lines for sea cargo shipments.
Please keep in mind, shipping times are estimated and delays may happen due to weather, shipping carrier or customs delays, or other events that we have no control over.
